    This must be pre-aproved before a return can be started. Contact (910)352-9535) must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

    All products have a tracking number and we are notified when it has been delivered.

    Upon speaking with us, there will be a return shipping label created and emailed to you. The actual cost of this return will be deducted from your refunded amount. Most returns are priced at $10.50 or less.

    Once the product is received, if it is NOT in original condition there will  be a refund of 50% of the cost issued minus the cost of the return label.
